ILPA Calls on Administration to Enact Fraud Prevention Measures

The Innovative Lending Platform Association (ILPA), the leading trade association representing online small business finance providers and servicers, joined several national trade associations, organizations, and financial institutions in calling on Treasury Secretary Yellin and Internal Revenue Service Commissioner Rettig to prioritize the implementation of an automated system to receive third-party income verification forms.

It is not too late to enact this program to help lenders prevent fraud in the more than $56 billion in small business assistance and grants still available to businesses.
